seriously? still sick?

yes.  we're seriously still sick around here.  and now it's hit me pretty hard too.  today was another pj's & no make-up day.  i so so so wanted to do a steppin' out post, but fleecey pj's & a hoodie sounded much better.  oh, for sam's sake, i did put on some mascara.  you're welcome sam.  {as if a quick coating of mascara hides the dark eye circles, the snotty face, the scratchy voice, the rudolph nose... am i painting a pretty enough picture?}

parker is still coughing & hacking, but is also sleeping lots & lots too.  so that's good.  he's got the humidifier going in his room & we're hoping he sleeps this whole thing off.  he hasn't been running a fever, & he's still super happy & playful so i'm not super concerned.

but when your baby is eating half the amount he normally eats, & coughs until he pukes... you still worry.

at least he's still pretty dang cute.

but it wasn't all doom & gloom & nose wiping around here today. despite not feeling his best, the kid is still ticklish:




don't feel too bad for us.  i think we'll probably survive.


every vote does make me feel much better though. really, it does.
