it was g-o-r-g-e-o-u-s here on tuesday. {read: it was over sixty degrees & not raining. with sunbreaks.} parker & i met sam downtown to go for a family run. and we wore short sleeves. it was awesome.
my camera likes to go on these runs too. it especially likes to stop & take pictures of all the flowers on the grounds that are in bloom. it was kinda gorgeous that day.
sam tolerates the picture taking. barely.
parker & sam entertained themselves by watching cars & trucks drive by while i did my old-lady-flower-picture taking. seriously... when did i turn into my parents? {hi mom & dad! you're not old! just sayin'...}
can you blame me? they were everywhere. it was color overload.
parker didn't mind.
and he got to work on his walkin' skills.
i told sam we needed to do this more often. he reminded me the only reason we don't is because it's been raining the last six months straight. i had forgotten that detail.
but for reals? on a sunny day there is nowhere more gorgeous than the pacific northwest. and that's a fact. it's been proven with science & stuff. probably.
