but we had a fun week anyways. see for yourself!
monday. parker decides his blanket is pretty awesome when worn on his head & he's probably right. then he was a total goofball at dinner when pretty much anything sam did made him laugh. and i made freezer jam & it is delicious.
tuesday. parker enjoys some light reading during stroller strides {even if the book is upside down} & playing on the toys afterwards is his favorite. but leaving? not so much.
just a little pre-bedtime wrestling sesh with dad & some sideways sleeping.
wednesday. we got poured on during our run & i had soaking wet hair. but it totally didn't damper parker's spirits... he still enjoyed waving & saying "hi" to everyone that walked by while at the grocery store. my kid's kinda awesome.
thursday. i worked in the office & got lots done. but mostly i counted down the hours til i got to go out to fro-yo with my little family. after some tasty fro-yo, parker enjoyed a bath & some nudie time. who doesn't love nudey time?
friday. started the day off with a little friendly squat competition at stroller strides. that? is me winning. after all that workout nonsense the real fun began... parker was really, REALLY into the sidewalk chalk.
sam's sister jodi & her husband jason met up with us for some good ol' fashioned diner food. who doesn't love to end their week with crinkle cut fries, special sauce & a chocolate oreo milkshake made from real ice cream? no friend of mine, i tell ya.
