this is getting comical. and awesome.

i set out to get a picture of me & p-ray for facebook the other day.  just one decent picture was all i wanted... preferably with us both looking at the camera, smiles would be a bonus.  what i got was about 30 pictures of me wrestling with a squirmy little boy.  here's a few of 'em:

is there any way to choose all eight for my profile pic?  because i would.  it's real life.  which one would you choose?  i ended up picking one... see if you can guess which one.

it's ironic how as parker presents more & more new challenges, he becomes more & more fun at the same time.  funny how they're designed that way.  on the same day as a hair-pulling-face-scratching tantrum, he randomly gives me a big smooch & hug for no reason.  in the same hour as a back-arching-screaming-at-the-top-of-his-lungs messy diaper change, he'll walk up to me with a book in his hand & climb into my lap for a story.

i really like the stage we're in right now.  we have a great routine, parker can communicate what he wants most of the time, & he's just so dang fun.  so if anyone has figured out how to freeze time, just let me know ok?
