it was christmas all day long as my phone went crazy with tweets, comments, facebook posts & emails of congrats! actually, it kinda kicked christmas's hiney because not near that many people wished us a merry christmas so, i'm chalking "baby-announcement-day" up as my new favorite holiday. maybe i should announce a baby once a year? HA! yeah right. i think my uterus just kicked me in the junk.
but seriously, thanks for all the love. *tear*
ok. here are some details.
• i'm thirteen weeks along today.
• we've known since i was five weeks.
• we saw kid two's heartbeat at eight weeks.
• we heard kid two's heartbeat at twelve weeks.
• we told sam's family in person on christmas & my family in person on new year's eve. both families are pretty dang excited.
• we are definitely finding out if kid two is a boy or girl as soon as we can! probably in the next month & a half or so.
• i've been SUPER tired & it's hard to find anything to eat that sounds good. i usually settle on something that inevitably makes me feel sick afterwards.
• i've only thrown up once so far & that was two days ago.
• blogging/photography has suffered as my usual work times are during parker's nap & after sam goes to bed.
• instead of wanting to get on the computer, i've opted to climb in bed at these times & sleep like a zombie.
• i had visions of cute pinterest-inspired weekly bump pics with my big-camera & remote but with all the set up time it just isn't gonna happen.
• i will however be doing weekly bump pictures with my iPhone & comparing them to my pregnancy with parker HERE {weeks 12 & 13 are already posted}. i want to keep it simple so that i actually do it every week!
• p-ray & kid two will be about 28 months apart. just about right, wouldn'tcha say?
