here's what we did this week.
monday. slam dunks at stroller strides & a glimpse into my future while holding heather's eight-week-old. ps: parker LOVES babies. after stroller strides i did some shopping with my friend lindsey & parker did some flirting with her little girl cami. those two are so so SO in love.
this is what parker's lunch looks like before it all gets smeared in ketchup, chewed up & then thrown on the floor. it's lovely. after sam got home we went to the mall to pick up parker's new hat we ordered & he was pretty happy about it. the night ended with some facetime with my mom which parker loves because he gets to look at himself in my phone AND see the puppy at my parent's house. he's easily pleased.
tuesday. after getting our workout on we stopped by my OB's office to hear baby two's heartbeat. p-ray & i were pretty happy to hear it loud & strong at 146 bpm... that sound NEVER gets old. never. the yucky rainy day was perfect for staying in & lots of post-nap snuggles & hand holding. actually, that's a perfect activity for any kind of day.
wednesday. some stroller strides, some home-made whole-wheat pizza, some bath time shenanigans & some hanging out in our boots, pajamas & hats. ok, that last one was just parker.
thursday. drove to work in a wintery wonderland & had some tasty mexican food for lunch with one of my favorite co-workers. and there's no hiding the belly now... especially with the help of a whole lotta chicken enchiladas, rice & beans.
after work i hurried to the sitter's to pick up my favorite little guy who was more than happy to accompany me for some grocery shopping. this picture seriously kills me.
and then the little man got in-bed bedhead.
friday. parker brought his game face to stroller strides & then had a blast shopping with his lady-friend cami at target. another high point of this target trip? getting to ooh & ahh over the giant red balls in front of the store. i guess we all love target for our own reasons.
